From vote to audit handover.
This local demo connects Ethica’s package vote, participation proof, four-year cooldown, participation premium, 72-hour choice, democratic civic service, the citizen council’s six-month cycle and verifiable handover to the next cohort.
The ballot content remains inside the voting service’s separate proof chain.
The premium service learns that an eligible person participated — not what the person thought.
Eligibility is checked before the draw. An accepted premium starts the cooldown.
A person accepting civic service enters a measurable citizen council.
No component should alone know identity, ballot content and premium outcome.
The pilot ballot stores anonymous demo ballots on the server so the result survives across visits. Ballots and participation proofs use separate tables but still share one technical operating environment; a production system must separate domains, keys, organisations and assurance in reality.
Follow a fictional participant through the entire chain.
The default person “Sofia” is a composite demonstration persona. Choose Guided civic-service path to test every step; choose Deterministic demo draw if you want probability to determine whether the journey continues.

What if a council member becomes ill, resigns or abuses the role?
After acceptance, the job premium becomes a real fixed-term employment. The demo separates legitimate incapacity, voluntary resignation, misconduct, security incidents and fraud — with different, reviewable consequences.
Rights + integrity + continuity
Test exit codes, due process, role-based security screening and the reserve pool.
Open the model →Council activity is not the same as public outcome.
The result contract measures whether the council performed its oversight with traceable evidence, formal responses, followed-up corrections and functioning handover.
The reviewed action package retains its own substantive outcomes — for example accidents, waiting time, cost or continuity. Ethica must not replace real outcomes with activity metrics.
